By helping develop leaders in the healthcare industry, Ardus encourages innovation that will lead to better healthcare for future generations. Ardus programs include education, training and product development incentives for employees, customers and suppliers.Intern Program - Ardus Medical has worked with area colleges and universities to establish an Intern Program to encourage students to enter the biomedical field. The program will pay a BioMed student's tuition with the commitment that the student agrees to work for Ardus upon graduation and will locate to any state in the U.S. based upon the business needs at that time. The program provides valuable education, hands-on practical experience and an attractive career path for qualified students. Employee Training - Ardus firmly believes in continuous training to enhance its employees skills and abilities. To raise the level of service provided to its customers, AMI University has been created within Ardus to train all sales and customer service personnel. BioMed technicians are trained on the repair and service of all types of medical equipment by field supervisors. Department managers perform the training for all other functions within the company. Pioneer Program - Ardus works with BioMed technicians selected from the ranks of its key customers to provide valuable feedback and assistance in the development of new parts and services. Ardus supports the continuing educational contributions of the Pioneers by subsidizing their trade show attendance, traveling expenses and time investment. Indiana Department of Corrections (IDOC) - Ardus contracts certain labor functions to IDOC. The IDOC program offers many benefits to the participants including job training and rehabilitation; substantially reduced recidivism and lower operational costs. Giving Back to our CommunityArdus feels a strong sense of commitment to improve the quality of life in its local community as well as many others across the U.S. To do its part, Ardus has made contributions and our employees have invested their time in various charitable efforts that include: Habitat for Humanity, Hurricane Katrina relief efforts, support for our troops in Iraq, sponsoring MSD and C.A.U.S.E. baseball. |
